Starbucks will be adding solar, LED Lighting, Bike Parking, drought tolerant native landscaping, EV Chargers and energy efficient and water efficient fixtures. In addition, by moving the building to the hard corner it provides better pedestrian connectivity to the intersection, as well as a patio that will provide a community gathering space.
